It is the responsibility of the player to familiarize themselves with the maximum definition terms in each promotion.

1. We consider bonuses as gifts for our recreational players, and we reserve the right to limit the eligibility or even exclude players from our bonus program, temporarily or indefinitely, in particular in case of fraud, bonus seeking behaviour or bonus abuse.
2. Fraud covers all the situations in which we have reasonable grounds to suspect you are breaching any provision of our General Terms and Conditions or of our Bonus Policy clauses including, among others, exploiting eventual bugs or breaches in our system, altering game results, using software-assisted methods or techniques to participate in games, being part of syndicates/rings, cooperation, collusion in tournaments, holding multiple accounts, third-party managed accounts, altered digital identity or false personal information. In such cases, and in addition to any other right or remedy available to us at law, under this Bonus Policy or under the General Terms, we reserve the right to block or close all the involved accounts and declare wagers as void.
3. We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. We reserve, at our sole discretion and in addition to any other right or remedy available to us at law, under this Bonus Policy or under the General Terms, the right to block and/or cancel Bonus Abuser accounts and deduct from their balance any real money obtained from the bonus wagering completion.
4. Bonus Abuse includes but is not limited to using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus, or where we can establish links and have reasonable grounds to suspect two or more players working together in order to Bonus Abuse and take advantage of an offer or promotion. A list below of what is considered abuse includes, but is not limited to;
• Using more than one account;
• Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus;
• Placing bets in excess of the maximum allowed bet per payline when having an active bonus;
• Wagering bonuses on excluded games;
• Significantly decreasing and/or increasing the amount wagered in order to clear a bonus;
• Placing zero risk bets, equal betting or hedge betting;
• Using a betting system that allows the User to place even money bets;
• Collusion, manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating;
• Masking IP address or using a VPN;
• Use of the gamble feature or any bonus buy features to wager a bonus;
• Using limited lines within a slot when wagering a bonus to increase volatility;
• The use of bonus funds to progress the state of a game to a point where the future spins have an enhanced pay-out, and then later return with real money fund to release pending value;
• Delaying game rounds, or saving bets with real money whilst wagering a bonus in any game to collect at a later stage when the wagering requirements have been completed.
5. Specifically, and unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotion, Royal Sweet will consider Casino bonus abuse if, while a bonus is active, the player places single bets equal to or greater than $4 -or the equivalent in the local currency- or more than 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower, or $0.50 per line, or plays the 15% of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met. In addition, if a player deposits with Skrill or Neteller, single bonus bets equal to or greater than $2.50 -or the equivalent in the local currency- will be considered bonus abuse. Real money bets will be taken into account if the deposit contributes to the wagering of the bonus.

• Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system;
• Players found to be abusing Bonus Offers may be barred from receiving further Bonuses; and/or,
• Abusing player Accounts may be terminated.
